Hi, my name is Butters Stoch(on here!) & I have a question about what is going in with this cycle currently, but obviously in order to give any advices I will put the background info, before the question.
This is generally my usual stats & were before starting:
Height: 5'9
Weight: 232 lbs
Age: 29
Bodyfat Percentage: Really, I don't know exactly but it generally ranges from between 14% & calipered as high as 17.7%. Before I started the cycle, I had someone do a caliper that was 17.7% with some clothes on & they subtracted 2% from that to arrive at 15.7%. My weight fluctuates from as low as 215(ex:I am very sick & having explosive diarrhea etc) to 237 when eating clean, but *alot* of calories. I take an MAOI drug which causes a very large appetite.
Working out history: 13 years, I have cycled before using Testosterone, Deca & Dianabol, so the weight and strength fluctuate but generally are stable. Multiple Test cycles.
The cycle started on June 25th:
150mg Boldenone Undecylnate EOD
100mg Trenbolone Acetate EOD(I have increased this to about 115mg EOD for the last 10 days)
100mg Testosterone Propianate EOD(added 100mg of cyp about 10 days ago also)
The question is I have had a very minor increase in strength. Having read logs of cycles including Tren Acetate the suggest the vast majority show fairly dramatic increases in strength, unless someone is doing hard cutting/cardio or eating like a mouse. My body composition has changed to more defined & my weight is about 220lbs. Its hard for me to believe all 12 lbs of that was fat but who knows. I did alter my diet by subtracting about 300-500 calories worth of carbohydrates a day from a 4000-4500 kcal a day diet. Now this would normally suggest a lack of calories, but most of the calories subtracted are from milk sugars...& its not dramatic about 1/7th of my diet I like the definition, but I have been much stronger on much lower dosages of juice before.
As far as overtraining, I doubt that this is the case, as I have been able to workout usually 4 times a week, rarely 5. Sets rarely exceed 14 total also. There is also at least a 100 hr gap between training a muscle, but usually a full week, in some cases 8-9 days. Also, almost no cardio.
The strength on the major lifts has either stagnated or dropped after the minor increases of the first 3 weeks. Yet I have alot of increased sweat, insomnia, anxiety, sex drive, irritability & some minor but noticeable vascularity. The products are homebrewed & I trust they are the actual compounds. I thought a possibility was that they were underdosed so I increased the dosage, yet that was when the strength drop became more pronounced(which is not a major drop, just 1-2 reps on the Compound exercises, but it is kind of shocking to *drop* strength when going on 3 anabolics). An example was starting is Bench 275x11 & 315x4. This went up to 295x11 and 315x6, but then each of those dropped halfway back to start.
Anyways, I have a instinct that it isn't the diet. The one factor that I suspect is lack of energy because of the lack of sleep from the trensomnia. I should mention, that I have an illness that results in Treatment Resistant Depression, but doctors(yes, I have been to alot & some good ones) do not know the cause. It does cause a me to have maybe 1/2-1/3 of the energy(in terms of active hours in the day) than the average person...but this has been the case for the last decade & it started before I used anabolics. If I don't get *alot* of rest, I just can't do to much.
Anyways, if you have any further questions feel free to interrogate. I am wondering what I should do or perhaps what factors should I look at in order to achieve my goal(one of them was getting to 405 on Bench, having previously done 315x11, I thought that might be possible). Thankyou, for any input is appreciated.
