TestE starting week 5, questions?

ya I just started my 4th week...running 400mg test e a week....weight gain about 5 lbs....so I guess thats normal?
 
Meal 1
5-6 egg whites/chicken
50 complex carbs-oats, brown rice or sweet/red potato
multivitamin/ efas (fish oil)

Meal 2
chicken/fish/lean beef with greens
or
Shake (10 almonds)

Meal 3
6 oz chicken or 8 oz fish
50 carbs (200 gm potato or 1-1/2 cooked rice-go by whats on box measurement)
veg

Meal 4
6 oz chicken or 8 oz fish , veg.

Meal 5 pre workout
6 oz protein, 50 carbs red/baked potato or rice

preworkout drink, bcaa's

TRAIN
post shake-whey

5 oz chicken, 7 oz fish
50 complex carbs-sweet potato or rice
veg.

instead of meal 3 with carbs ive taken those away and applied it to my post workout meal....also I have a show in june coming up so I want to start cutting down, any advice on doing that on a test e cycle while still seeing good gains??
 
For me I don't really see or feel the benefits of Test e until the 5th or 6th week. 7th week and I'm buzzing. Also can you get labs done? See what your test levels are at.
