Testogel Absorbtion

I have recently been put on testogel and im heading to bali in a few weeks, i will be swimming alot over there. will this affect the absorbtion of the gel say i put it on in the morning and go swimming a hour after? will this affect it

also doc has put me on half a sachet a day will this be enough to get in the higher range?

it doesn't matter how much you rub on, it is very hard to get in high normal range with gel.
