Testosterone Cypionate bad batch??

Brief history started TRT November 2015 T level 390. Height 6' weight 243 age 44.
Dr prescribed 200mg Test Cyp 1x week 1ml (I do twice a week .5ml). HCG 50 units in insulin syringe twice a week. Anastrazole 1mg tab twice a week.
I started a new vial of Test C 1.5 week ago. It is almost like my pre TRT symptoms have come back. Is it possible I got bad Test C?? My latest blood work checked out good T levels 1200, Estradiol levels around 29. Can bad medicine cause a decline this quick??? Is my Dr. going to think I'm crazy if I tell him I think my latest batch of Test C is no good. Has anyone else had this problem?? I suppose my next step is blood work?? I just want to get back on track. I got a rude awakening of what it was like before TRT. THANKS for any help.

Nah, any testosterone purchased from a US pharmacy will be good to go. Everything is tested quite rigorously before it's pushed out onto the shelves for distribution. No worries there.

If I had to make an educated guess, the symptoms you're feeling are due to the large dose of Anastrozole you're using.

It's just weird that I've been rolling along fine on that dose and feeling great and now all of a sudden bam.... And the only change I made was the new batch of meds. I guess I'll call the doc Monday and see about some blood work. Maybe it's just that time of the month for me ***128514;
