You should notice the effects pretty much immediately unless there are other issues.

Yes your levels will peak in the approximate
range you suggested. Cypionate is a pretty long acting though. It takes a few weeks for things to manifest for this reason.
Propionate or even Suspension are great
elevating your levels through the roof quick.
Both also require more frequent injections though.
I like cyp for my TRT. Minimizes injection frequency to about twice a week.

I think, in most cases, we are all searching for that "immediate gratification". If your thinking is in line with that of the Freudian concept of the "Id, Ego, and Super-ego", you will understand that the "Id" is the portion of our psyche that controls our instinctual patterns and need for immediate gratification. Hence, it is RJ's "ID" (and some properly administered HCG) that compels him to lay the MEAT HAMMER to his wifey 6 (SIX) times a day ......

It is the SUPER-EGO (RJ HAS ONE OF THOSE, ALSO), the protion of our psyche that plays the "critical and moralizing" role that tries to force our conscious mind into seeing or feeling results that we "think" we should have acquired and/or obtained, due to the fact that, clinically, or serum levels of a particular medication have increased.

It is the EGO, the "organized and realistic" part of our psych, that help's us attain "balance" and realize the difference.
