Testosterone Propionate 100mg EOD

Hey I am new to this forum and to AAS as well. I am 27 years old, 5'10" and weigh 180 pounds. I stay between 10%-12% Body fat. I have been working out for about 5 years now, and training religiously 5 days a week for about 2 years. I consider myself in very good shape and have good strength. I finally gave in after being stuck at 180 for about 6-9 months now and got my first cycle. I am running 100mg of Test Prop EOD along with milk thistle, fish oil, a daily multivitamin and protein. I was wondering if I will see decent gains on my first cycle at this dosage? I work out each muscle group once per week/5 days a week and kill it while I'm in the gym. I also eat clean 90% of the time and a lot of it. I have nolvadex for my post cycle therapy (pct). any suggestions or advice? How much can I expect to gain on a 10-12 week cycle of prop on average and how much of that can I keep? I started it on Thursday so I have pinned myself twice already and the pinning itself is painless but the delay onset pain is a bitch, but I can live with it. So my questions are, how much on average should I gain and keep? And how long before i start noticing results? Thanks.
 
I can't tell you how much muscle you can expect to gain as it's different for everyone based on their genetics. I can tell you though that you need to invest in an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to keep those nasty estrogen sides at bay. Arimidex/Aromasin (Exemestane)/Letrozole are all examples of AI's needed to prevent things such as gyno/bloat/high blood pressure/acne/etc. I give you some serious credit though, prop for a first cycle takes some serious balls! :p

Oh, forgot - you'll see results in about a week and a half to two weeks.

Yeah I've been reading that I need to get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Is there any place to buy one legally that has the same effect? Like at an ultimate sports nutrition or something? Thanks for the feedback.

this is your first cycle and you are new to pinning so u should stick with a long ester less pinning and less chances of making a mistake .but u started the cycle so go with it for pct u need clomid too nolvadex alone is not enough and as said by halfwit u need Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on cycle to deal with estrogenic sides and bloat.best of luck for cycle :)

Ok cool, I appreciate the advice. I probably should've started with an AAS with long ester for less pinning but my buddy offered me a free cycle from fast muscle co of test prop with the syringes and nolvadex so I figured I'd start with that one and I don't want to switch since I've already started. Thanks for the input.

Not a big deal, you're just getting a crash course in AAS with a bit more PIP and multiple injections a week, that's all. Good luck with your cycle! :)
