Testosterone propionate 3 week gains

Hello everyone!

Basically I am going to start a 3 week testosterone propionate ONLY cycle.
I will be injecting 1ml of test by ARL 3 times a week for the next 3 weeks.

This will be my first cycle ever. My goal is to gain extra strength and muscle with less side effects. I am 19 years old and weight 65kg, been lifting for a year.

My question is how much do you think I would gain with proper diet and training?

Please do not criticize me on my cycle choice :thumbsdow

Also this is a photo of me after 1 year. I gained 9kg and lost a lot of fat!

Zero. Time to do some research. First you are way to young. Taking test p 3 x a week would not even replace the amount of test you make naturally at your age. 3 weeks is no where near long enough to see gains. You are going to shut down your hpta so if you did gain any weight, you will lose it after plus some waiting to restart hpta.

This is a bad idea in every way. First thing you need to learn is how much food you need to eat to grow.

ditto...you will wind up needing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) by the time your 30 if you start messing with your hormones now...no bueno bro...
patience...i know its hard, but its the best way to do it

Winny is known for cutting down, increasing testosterone and having very little effect on normal hormone production.

You need to eat brah. 4000 cals/day and train 5 days per week. You have no idea how much diet makes a difference. The fact that you even considered a 3 week cycle shows you haven't done enough research. No hate brah, I know it's exciting to start juicing but you have so much natty test now as a teen that with the right food you should blow up quick.
 
As a little dude, I never bash the other little dudes who want to cycle but I'll make an exception here.

What everyone wrote above is 100% correct. You need to eat LOTS more food, not weight gainers, but FOOD. Trust me on this.

You will get way more out of reading the diet section and the training section of this board than you will with any cycle.

I agree with everyone on waiting.
Concentrate on reaching your genetic potential naturally for a while. It's much
cheaper and beneficial.
Perfect your training, learn how to eat and understand it.. repeat for at least a few years. Just some advice from someone
who once weighed 145lbs!

Adding different compounds isn't the answer your not listening to these guys,,,you need food bro, ,and lots of it,,even if you decide not to listen to anyone and do it anyway, ,your going to be very dissapointed when all is said and done and all you have to show for it is some acne, small balls, and less money in your account
 
And Winstrol (winny) is not known for cutting. You don't know what you are talking about and arent listening. Winstrol (winny) will simply dry you out by removing water weight which will come back after you stop using it not to mention it's hard on joints and lipids. Winstrol (winny) is used for guys preparing for a comp.

Diet is what gets you cut not drugs. The best thing you can do is go to the diet section and get a bulking diet to put on weight.

You have to eat good food,,chicken breast, fish, eggs, brown rice, sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, stuff like that no fast food fo fried crap, ,diet is the hardest thing imo, working out is easy, I spend most of my day either preparing food, buying food, eating food, cleaning the kitchen, cleaning tupperwares and blender, packing lunch, ,its serious dedication!!!
 
Another option if you are looking to supplement may be ostarine. It won't screw up your hormonal balance and is pretty effective with proper diet and training.

After the cycle I will clean myself to restore hormone balance and get rid of extra estrogen. :axe:
 
Ya guys what do you know?? Maybe he eats 5000 calories a day and is just defeating all laws of science and that's why hes a toothpick, ,damn don't you guys watch discovery

I bet you're not even getting 2500kcal's in by the look of you. Start eating for the next 3-4 years and then think about AAS.

So lay out your diet for everybody so that you can show us,..just an average of what you eat and the times that you eat.

What do you plan to do to "clean yourself",..and to get rid of the "extra estrogen"?

Ok. You're a dumbass if you don't listen to us. You're a cool kid that came to ask questions and receive advice before you cycle if you do listen to us. It's that simple. Roids are not for 19 year olds! Why? Because it can cause permanent damage to the bOdy due to the fact that you are not done growing and maturing. Train hard and wait a few years. I know it's hard to have that much discipline but we don't want to see you getting hurt. If you want to spend a couplenof $$ getting big, hit up 3J on here. He is a nutrition specialist. He will help you get big naturally first.
Do the right thing bro.
