DIET PLAN:
Morning: Oats with Milk && 3 whole eggs
Snack - Chiken wrap or tuna salad
Afternoon: Chiken with rice and salad. Some nuts and fruits.
Snack - Sausages or sandwich with loads of ham and cheese
Evening: Fish
BedTime: Quinoa with cottage cheese
Notes: Everyday I eat a lot of fruits, nuts, milk, eggs, oats, cheese etc... also i cook everything with lotta olive oil and add healthy ingredients to max up calorie count
I get over 3000cal a day. My mouth is always chewing something
Please pimp up my diet
Also I DO NOT EAT RED MEAT due to personal reasons
