TRT at 20 Years Old

*Long Post, just very confused on what to do, Thanks if you read it!*

I'm 20 years old. Most seem to bash 24 and under here. I'm not your typical 20 year old, I'm not a stupid kid who does things rashly, worrying about it later.

I go to the University of Michigan double majoring in Biology and Movement Science. I know how AAS work.

At the age of 18 years old, I was convinced I had low testosterone. The symptoms described me. Went to the doc, and got laughed at for thinking my test was low. Labs were done, Total T: 250. FSH and LH were mid to low range, Estrogen and Estrodial were in range. Doc said 'Everything normal' its mental.

Suffered through the next year. Low energy, No motivation, Sex drive not existent, Depressed to shit. Parents sent me psyc and doc wanted to shove SSRI's and ADD meds in my face. I was convinced it was all bull shit.

Shit hit the fan when I started dating a fitness model I met at the gym, Smoking hot. Embarrassed the shit out of my self multiple times because I couldn't even maintain my damn boner.

Decided that if my test was already messed up and I can't even have sex with my girl, I may as well began cycling (had planned on it and researched it, but was not going to run cycles till 25+) .

Got labs done. Same old same. Ran my first one 500mg Test E for 14 weeks. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) E3D 250Iu. Aromisin 12.5 ED.

My eyes opened. I was a different person. I was motived, energetic, sexual. Everything I never was. Confedence was higher than I could ever imagine. I took on a high course load balanced it with my girlfriend and began personal training on the side. Life was great.

However, when I got of cycle it crashed and burned. Came of properly. Cut Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 1 week after last shot, Began Clomed 14 days after last shot and ran 50mg a day for 30 days. Kept all I gained and maintained strength. But mentally I was back to the old me and my life began to slip in front of my eyes.

Got labs done. Ironically, LH and FSH were exactly what they had been before but test actually went up to 400. However, still had low test sides.

Recently found a doctor that is willing to prescribe me 150 Test cyp a week with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and Arimidex. I'm very tempted. I know testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is forever, but in my mind, If i'm going to feel that much better on testosterone than its worth it.

Only thing that is killing me mentally, I want kids in the future. I know that for sure. Only sperm Bank in Michigan that I can find is $250/year per sample and they need 6. samples. Don't have that laying around every year. What is the probability that I will be able to maintain fertility or regain it when I come off to have kids in 8-10 years?

Thanks Guys, long post, but feel the backstory was necessary.

400 test at 20 yrs old is unacceptable. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) could be for you, but make sure your doc runs other tests in order to rule out that there are no other problems.

About the fertility, that's what Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is for man. You shouldn't have to come off to have kids.

Also, make sure your doc will allow for injections every 5 days. This is important.

Thanks for the input, man. Tests had been done prior. Full hormonal panel ect... everything came back normal. Got an MRI done as well, nothing there. Only test was low.

So using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) through out testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) will maintain sperm regardless of how many years your on it?

It will keep the boys alive, not sure about sperm count. Others with more knowledge about HCG's role in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can chime in.
