Hey curious is this addictive? I'm been taking preworkout for a while now and on off days I get major headaches from not taking it. I'm looking for a new healthier alternative. I saw some people say it's relaxing and other claim to use it as preworkout any way you could clear it up for me? Possible suggest what kind would be best preworkout. I work out 3 days on one off 175lbs 5'10
