I just wanted to say thank you to all the guys positing here, reading your stories have really helped me keep my spirits up over the past year and a half. It was about then that i got diagnosed with Low T, of course I had symptoms for years before, and nothing really seemed to help. I'm now 39, and have been on replacement therapy for about a year and a half. Unfortunately I have not noticed much of anything. At first my doctor put me on one tube of Testim 1%, and I was so excited that this was going to fix things for me. It turned out the monthly cost with my insurance was $350, so that did not work. At this point he sent me to a compounding pharmacy, and since then has raised my Test prescription 4 times. Then when I get tested my levels are always around 200. My last visit I just told him no more, I want to try Testim again. I have a new job, and new insurance. He prescribed the testim 1% 2 tubes a day. It even costs me only about $20 a month now. I just started on it yesterday, but I'm really hopeful for some good things, it does seem others here have had amazing success with it.
Thanks Again for your stories, and if you have any advice I would love to hear it. My Goal for this year is to get me test numbers into the normal range and lose 100 pounds.
