that last little bit...

are u getting ready for a show?...2 wks out from my last show i was holding in my lower back and lower glutes...i would rub prep H all over my lower back and glutes every morning before cardio...i would do my 1 hr on the tread and then i would superset partial deadlifts with hyperextensions for 5 sets non-stop...worked like a charm
