Im with you. Even when bulking my carbs go up to 500g max, but i feel blaoted and tired all the time. I gain muscle/minimal fat when my protein is around 400g, carbs around 300-350, and fats around 100-125g.

Maybe not everyone can do this, but i recently got a job transfer, and I have been able to do this, and I have put on about 10 lbs in 2 months, and I have been off cycle for about 1 1/2 months!

VERY TRUE!!! Sleep & Rest are essential in muscle growth!
