Recently I have been researching supplements to decide what to buy next as the market is quite saturated with new products, especially prohormones. However I decided to take a step back and look at some of my past workout routines and the results that I achieved. I saw what worked and what didn't and noticed a trend. The times where I slept properly and ate properly my gains rose to exceptional levels and new PR's. I realized that if my diet and sleep routines are not in order then there is no need to waste my money on supplements. Most of my gains will likely be lost or not made at all from the supplements if I am not eating or sleeping right. So I guess I am trying to say is that if you noticed your workouts and gains are not coming along as you wish then it is important to take a look at these two underrated supplements. I hope this is helpful and keep lifting!
