No, I was referring to a program that was designed by Prof Ron Laura in the late '80s/ early 90's.He had some articles published in Flex during the 90's.
it revolved around doing 21's and shit like that ( 5 full reps, 5 half down, 5 half up, 5 full rep).
I had a copy of his book but lost it about 10 years ago, and was interested in reading it again
I have found the systems( what I can remember) a good way of changing up the routine every now and again
