Total bullshit. The moe muscle you put on, the more calories would be used up by said muscle. Thereby speeding up your fat loss if you are keeping your calories down. And the cycle repeats. You will need oto go to the diet forum for more specifics, but let me point you in the right direction...
Cut down your carbs. Drastically. Dont eat any of them past 6pm.
Most of your meals should be protein and a bit of fat, such as steak, eggs, chicken, fish, cheese. Basically the atkins diet. Lift weights and do cardio.
