pills and shakes? hmmm
this will be my first post on this forum with many questions, first i'm gonna get my self into a good diet habit to follow. I'm pretty hefty now i'm 6'5" 255lbs. and my body fat is about 30%
i need to get that down. from what i've seen on this forum about 7 small meals a day does the trick to get metabolism flowin but what about those multi vitamin pills or shakes i hear about could you guys let me know what are some good things to add to a healthy diet.I'm 19 btw
