the protein shake

i am not sure if everyone does this but i has helped me.

when i make a protein shake i :
add 1.5 cups water and 4 ice cubes
blend till ice is broken down
stop blender
add 1 cup oatmeal and 2 scoops protein (you can add anything else too as long as it is soft like bananas ect)
start blending on lowest setting for a bit
then hit it on liquify for a bit.

you will notice that everything stays at the bottem on the blender meaning you do not have oatmeal and protein on the bottem of your blender lid because you blended the ice first so they did not jump around and fling you ingrediants all over the place.
 
Im guessing your trying to bulk?

Shake looks ok, it has carbs and protein but what about fat?

I am always trying to bulk... With my protein shake I have an apple with 6 tablespoons of peanut butter. I have been stuck at 225 for what seems to be forever. I'm changing my workout thanks this site. Less working out. more rest and same food.
 
I make mine the exact same way but Ill blend it forever bc it seems to really mix the oatmeal up rather than leaving 1/3 Cup of it sitting at the bottom like a little present.
 
A little present....lol. 30 seconds on liquefy from my 19 dollar blend seems to do the trick for me.......then i pour to a big cup and gulp it down. Breakfast of champions .
