You've done your homework and you're good to go. You've got enough training under your belt to do this. The only tweaks I would consider is that I use 750 ius per week of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), you could consider a front load of say 2x the dose in the first week and you could finish with a short ester like prop but those are minor. I don't really recommend a blast of HCG since I think it would be overkill.
