Here's my IMT story. I have enough meds to get me through the next four months but have heard a ton of good things about IMT. I emailed Todd to inquire about switching over when my meds ran out. He suggested that I fill out their health questionaire and a few other forms and send them my physical and latest BW, which I did yesterday.

Today I got a call from Todd, I sent him my protocol and he contacted me to talk about it. He did not agree with my protocol and wanted to talk to me about changing it up in a way that would be more benificial to me. Todd spent 30-40 minutes on the phone with me explainng testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and giving me a full insight into the protocols. He is already trying to get me dialed in, obviously we will need new labs to see how I am reacting to the changes Todd suggested, but he has me headed in the right direction.

What I'm trying to say here is that Todd took time to get me on the right track. He did not attempt to sell me anything at anytime during our call. He did this already knowing that I would not need any refills for sometime. Now if that's not customer service, I don't know what is.

Thanks again Todd, you earned my respect today.
