I've been told you don't need more then 30 seconds between sets to recover and that the precent of recovery between 30 seconds and 2 mins off is very slight. What do you all think?
Everyones recovering/recooperationg abilities are different. There is no definite answer. Some people only need or take 30 seconds, others take a minute, others take longer. It's whatever works for you.
Whoever told you that...please disregard anything that they tell you regarding training. They might know something about cardio, I do not know, but their ineptitude of giving quality weight training advice has clearly been demonstrated.
