Third cycle, (1st in 2yrs) looking for good advice.

Hey guys, 3 quick questions:
1. How is this diet and cycle as far as Mass gaining?
2. Is it good for avoiding water retention and bloat?
3. And what do you think about German volume Training during a cycle like this?

My Current Stats:
Male, 5'9", 179lbs, 36yrs old.

My Cycle Plan:
Weeks 1-5 = T-Bol/40mg ED
Weeks 1-10 = Sust250/500mg (Mon & Thurs)
Weeks 1-10 = EQ/200mg
Weeks 8-12 = Anavar/50mg ED
Weeks 10-12 = HCG/1,000 Mon & Thurs
Weeks 13-17 = Nolvadex 40,40,30,20,20
Weeks 13-17 = Clomid 75,75,50,50,50

Protective measures:
Weeks 1-17 = Anastrozole @ .25mg ED
Weeks 13-17 = Liv-52 4x daily
Weeks 13-17 = Milk Thistle 2x daily
Weeks 13-17 = Plant Sterols 1x daily

DIET:
3,784 Calories, 276g of Protein, 499g of Carbohydrates & 77g of fat.

Meal 1 (6 AM)
1 & 1/3 cup of OatBran with water 350 - calories (67g carbs)
1tbsp of olive oil 120 - calories (14g fat)
1 & 1/2 cup of egg beaters 150 - calories (45g Protein)

Meal 2 (9 AM)
1 scoops protein powder 210 - calories (30g Protein)
1 1/3 cup oatmeal. 350 - calories (67g carbs)
1/2 Tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil 60 - calories

Meal 3 (12 Noon)
1 & 1/2 cup of sweet potato 270 - calories (61g carbs)
2 cups of green beans, broccoli or any other desired vegetable 82 - calories
2 cans of tuna 200 - calories (52g Protein)

Meal 4 (3 PM)
Same as Meal 2 620 - calories
Add banana

Meal 5 (6 PM)
Same as Meal 3 552 - calories

Meal 6 (9 PM)
Same as Meal 2 620 - calories
Add banana

Midnight snack = Cottage Cheese


My Cycle History:
My first cycle -
1-10 Test250/250mg.
1-10 Deca/200mg.
My second cycle -
1-8 Anavar 40mg
1-8 Sust350/437mg

I think you may not be getting any answers cause you aren't asking clear questions. Better to revise it, be short so it's an easy read, ask 2-3 specific questions that you want answers to not just opinions. That's my opinion lol
