I usually go training at 5:30 right after my work. I think it's a little late. I eat 6 meals a day. Should I eat 4 meals before workout and 2 meals after or 3 before and 3 after? Should I load as much carb as possiblr before workout and eat protein after? my meal time is meal 1-8:30,meal 2-11:00,meal 3-1:30,meal 4- 4:00. workout at 5:30 and drink shake at 7:00 and meal 5-8:30 and last sahke before bed around 10-10:30. please comment.

keep this rule in mind: Eat for what you are about to do, not for what you did. In other words have the 4 meals, workout then 2 after
 
If you are cutting I guess it counts as a meal, if you are bulking it is simply a snack between meals.
