All of the sudden I am feeling Tired during workouts and have lack of eNergy I used to have until a 2 weeks ago.
I am having a whey protein drink in the morning or Pure protein bar,
then I have Plamavol + whey in the afternoon, 30 minutes before workout, at night I will take protein again around 10 pm before bed.
up to 2 weeks ago I used to feel great, My body wanted to workout
hard and would be full of Energy, My body would feel so pumped and so ready to go for Heavier weight and the extra set, some how I lost all that.
I feel out of air and barely sweating, and my body gets pumped but it is not hard pumped as I used to.
I just got back to training about 10 weeks ago and it felt great.
Any advice in what supplements to buy to get back that feeling?
By the way any comments on THICKEN?
