Tired on test e cycle

Hi guys,
I am doing a 12 week cycle of test e only at 500mgs per week, this is my first cycle. My diet is on point as I have been working with 3J, I am using adex at 0.25mg EOD to control estro and I am training 5 times per week. I am currently in week 8 and my gains have been great at 20 pounds so far and up until the last 5 days my workout intensity has been great and strength is sky rocketing. In the last 5 days though i have been very tired and lethargic and my motivation whilst workiing out has dropped, although my strenght is still increasing. Does anyone have any idea why I am feeling like this? Do I need a little break?

I think we've all been there man, it's probably psychological. 8 weeks of gaining and excitement can put a toll on you. Maybe take a few days off from the gym and cheat on the diet a bit. Plus you only have a few weeks left on cycle. But it's most likely in your head. Also do you feel bloated at all? It sneaks up on me and i feel like a zombie. Congratulations on the gains! and be ready for the post cycle therapy (pct) mentally.
 
Could be due to estrogen. You'd need blood work to.find the problem tho if there is one. You may just need a break from.the gym..take a few days off and then get back in the gym and see how u feel.
 
Thanks a lot for the help guys I appreciate it. I'm going to have a couple of days off and if I still feel the same I'll get some bloods done. Codymx I do feel a bit bloated I'm thinking of maybe upping the adex to 0.25 ED and yeah I just really want to get myself sorted for my PCT to retain as much of my gains as possible.
 
Make sure you get enough rest, and try and it make it regular. Also staying hydrated as well i found helps me as well. Maybe take a deload week and see how you get on from there.
 
Sounds like a good idea man, cut sodium too and drink more water. Ya PCT can upset you at times. haha
 
What's your schedule like? It is possible to overtrain on cycle.

Also, you're not taking so much test that you should "feel buzzed" or anything. You should be gaining but otherwise just feel normal (well, maybe a little better than normal, but it's not like being "on drugs").
 
My schedule is Monday - chest, Tuesday - arms, Wednesday - legs, Thursday - off, Friday - back, Saturday - shoulders, Sunday - off.

Couch I was pretty much feeling like you have described just in weeks previous I had more energy in the gym and was motivated to keep smashing out set after set where as now about halfway through my workout I feel tired and mentally I'm not very focused on my workout.

Training split looks spot on man, similiar to mine. i wouldn't be concerned bro, probably just worn out. Get some rest! ha and try caffeine or nitric oxide pre workout.
 
There are pre-workout stims like "nanostim" (I actually like this stuff):

NanoStim: Super-Concentrated Nitric Oxide Stimulant

But I am sure our bros at NTBM and friends have pre-wo stims they would offer you at a discount. I tend to avoid pre-workout supps and just get myself to focus in my head. If I'm feeling a little sluggish because work sucked or something, then I will use something. Most of that stuff is just caffeine though.

Hey man congratz on everything so far, i am going to start my first cycle similar to you starting of with Just TEST e & i was wondering if you could maybe pm me on how it went for you? and maybe what ill be looking forward to, i dont have my PTC set up yet which is why im not starting! and Injections must've been pretty nerve recking the first few times huh? Thanks :)

Sounds good mate I will have a look at ntbm and look for a good pre workout. I completely agree I don't think they should be used every day, but they serve a great purpose on days when your feeling tired and sluggish

That happened to me too :( ... Well how was it emotionally for you? did you get lots of acne, side effects? & uhh injectables, where did u find it easiest to pin? what sort of tips can u give me regarding getting my PCT ready?

Abdulla, emotionally i have been fine sometimes get a little aggitated at small things but nothing major. Side effects I have got a few pimples on my back but barely anything although I am not acne prone. I have had itchy nipples and some water retention but the arimidex took care of that no problem so definately have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand.

For pinning I have rotated between glutes the whole time which has been fine, I wss a bit nervous at first for sure but after three or four injections you get used to it. I would definately recomend that you run 12 weeks for test e as it is a long ester. For PCT i am running nolvadex at 40/40/20/20 which seems to the normal protocol on this forum. You can also run clomid at 50/50/50/50 or a combo to. I am going to use some creatine mono and vitamin C.

Also something to look at is HCG, I am not using it as I live in Sydney Australia and it is very hard to come by and very expensive, but if your really worried about your balls shrinking look into it. If you have any other questions please ask I am happy to help.

That sounds awesome, seems like its been a good first cycle for ya! and okay cool, thats what i plan to do, i will be researching a bit more before i begin but this helped me a lot, thanks! and will do! :)
