I believe the expiration date on most steroids is a pretty conservative one. I don't know exactly how long, but I've heard that it can be good for up to a year after expiration. I read one mod on another board that stated that you won't hurt yourself by using something that's expired, it just loses it's strength the longer you wait to use it after its expiration.

Hey bro's my girlfriend is a pharmacist and she says it is ok. that you would be able to tell if it is not any good. also that exp dates on meds are rquired by law even if the product has and eternal shelf life, manufacters are requred to put an exp date and usually far below whaty it really is hell we have a bottle of ibuprofen that expired 8 years ago and it is just fine
