To train or not to train...

i have before and it works both ways...sometimes i can sweat it out and other times it leaves me feeling way worse than before...you just have to listen to your body and see what works for you...for instance im sick today and im def not going into to train...

Depends somtimes I just deal with it wrap up and sweat it out while I workout, but if its Real bad then I spend a session at the steamroom, saunas, vapour rub and try to shift it that way.

just use some common sense.

if you wake up with a slight sore throat that gets progressively better throughout the day, yea sure you could probably do something constructive in the gym.

if youve got a headache, fever, runny nose, and it feels like youre swallowing glass when you try to take a sip of a liquid you probably wont be worth a shit in the gym.

i dont generally get sick, i am lucky enough to be superman-like in that sense, but i do occasionally get sore throats when i diet, so i take that as a hint to take some time off and eat at/slightly above maintenance for two weeks and let my immune system up-regulate. theres zero sense in forcing your body to recover from two things simultaneously.

I rarely ever get sick, but for the past 2 days I have been a mess. Feeling weak as shit, but hate missing the gym. Just wondering what everyone else does. Thanks :afro:
