Hey guys
This is my arm workout for today – is it enough? Is there anything else you would throw in?
3 x 8 for all exercises
Preacher curls – close grip for 3 sets and wide grip for 3 sets
Tricep extensions with the rope
Single arm reverse tricep extensions
Close grip chins
Dips
Was thinking of chucking in hammer curls and close grip bench as well?
