Too Much Protein

too much protein can be hard on the kidneys - but it is pretty hard to get too much protein in your diet - especially if you spread it out.
 
There are guys like In-Human and MassiveG (I don't know if he is a member here) who take in almost 1000 grams on some days.

Everyone is different, some people can handle more than others.

If you are going to increase your protein intake, I would do it slowly to let your body get used to it gradually.
 
today makes two weeks of 400+g's of protein a day. I haven't missed a single day since I got out of the hospital. gained 14lbs so far (most of it from muscle memory).

Is is just as important to have alot protein on your off day from the gym
