TOPICAL JOINT LOTION
Hey guys n gals, i've supplemented in past with Glucosamine/MSM/Chronditin pills, and am now seeing these products available in creams you rub directly over your joints. It claims to have better absorbtion as nothing is lost in the digestive tract. I was looking at the "Dorian Yates approved" line of products however im sure there is more out there. Your thoughts?
