What should I do now?

Surgery is not an option. Neither is wearing down the tissue any further.

It's so damn frustrating!!!

Any ideas of what else I can do? Anybody have/had this problem?

Sooooo fucking frustrated right now. You'd figure 8 months would suffice...
 
I had ACL recon 3.5 months ago still cant work legs with weights fuckin driving me crazy I've lost like 2 inches off my bad leg it looks stupid and was told im looking at 9 months to a year before I can get back into the swing of things.
 
I fucked up my knees playing hockey. Squatting still hurts, but I work my hamstrings first and then finish with squats. That way, I can use less weight and still work them good.
