That's a good question. Why would someone not go with tamox/clomid, the tried and true, and with torem/clomid for post cycle therapy (pct)? I know tamox lowers igf levels so does torem not have this adverse affect?

The one question I can answer is rui is definitely good to go.

RUI
Toremifene Citrate, also known as Fareston, is a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) similar to Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex). Toremifene Citrate is used to treat breast cancer in post-menopausal females. It does this by exerting estrogen antagonistic effects in certain tissue, most notably, breast tissue. This is actually the same mechanism of action found in Tamox. This is why tamox is often recommended to researchers who are trying to avoid gynecomastia. Toremifene Citrate has several other well known effects, which are not simply limited to preventing the abnormal growth of breast tissue.

At the hypothalamus and pituitary, estrogen acts in cooperation with the male subject body's negative feedback loop to send a signal to decrease the secretion of LH and FSH. When LH secretion is lowered, so are natural testosterone levels. Toremifene Citrate may even act as an estrogen antagonist in the hypothalamus and pituitary, which would also increase testosterone production. Because its androgenicity to estrogenicity ratio is 5x that of tamoxifene, Toremifene citrate is highly likely to be capable of increasing testosterone.

Well I ordered the torem - im gonna get all 3 torem clom tamox ...better safe than sorry.

One question i'd like to ask which i can't seem to find any remarks on. Is typically pct runs with tamox/clomid combo but it seems toremifene is never clearly discusssed if it is run alone or still with clomid at similar dose to tamox or is a smaller dose needed with Tor?

Just haven't ran into that discussion anywhere if someone could clear that up...

Much Thanks!

Toremfene is dosed differently than tamox. Tamox is 40/20/20/20 (mgs/day by the week), Torem would be 120/60/60/60.
