hey guys. could use a huge help
totally new to this world and trying to wrap my head around it but there is just so much info out there.
31 years old
5'10
220 lbs
workout a couple days a week, never much more due to working multiple jobs
always been involved in sports so i naturally am athletic
not the cleanest diet, and i like to have a couple drinks here and there, but i can clean it up when necessary
found a source in the UK for pretty much everything I could need, I suppose, just need advice.
from what i gather, DNP is the way to go, if dosed correctly. What else do I add to it to help boost fat loss, control side effects, and while I am at it, add some muscle?
If it matters, I'd like to lose 20 lbs. Im not looking to be a bodybuilder, not looking to be a model. just need to get excess weight off midsection and pec's.
