Hi, my name's Neil, i'm a certified CrossFit trainer. i have a lot of experience in quite a few different areas and i would like to help change the common training programs for people not geared towards body building and help out anyone who may need some help with their training (even if they are body-building). I started out in the gym with little knowledge, no experience, and it was frustrating not getting results as quick as i thought i should, it's disheartening to not gain one week, it can be outright maddening trying to peel the body fat off of those newly gained muscles. I want to help inform and teach a real understand of how the body works, what a balanced diet is and how it effects your body and hormones, and how to really stimulate and maintain growth in your body. If you need help with your diet, training or just in your life in anyway, please let me know, i'd love to help.
