i went to the gym for the first time last night and was gonna do chest and tris like i used to but obviously with the same weight i would do my first set with i use throughout my whole chest workout. i usually do 135 12 times i did it now only 5 times i was doing basically the 5*5 routine with the weight i would normally use as my first set. i couldnt even go through my workout i was soo tired and out of shape. i feel like shit because im way far from being back to normal again. what do you guys think i should do lower my weight to a point where i can do all my complete sets and reps like i used to but just with less weight.
