VENDETTA DE TUTTO
I work in the corporate world and have odd hours available for training. I am currently doing cardio in the morning before work; roughly an hour or so. work the 8-5, and then go to the gym for weight training. Is there an "ideal" time for either of the two? Also, on days where i do weight train and then do cardio; is the hour of cardio cutting into my "window" to consume valuable calories and protein to restore what i damaged from lifting?
