Training suggestions..anything I can do?!?1

first of all, i want to say hi, to all the 'oldies' i use to post on here regligously, then i graduated..went all down hill from there...

my job now is a traveling job, im gone 3 weeks out of the month,...when i left school i was at my goal, ..but in the past 2yrs, i have YET to touch a gym, so i feel like complete dog shit, and everything i worked hard for has gone...

is there anything i can do, i can put a bench press in the back of the truck and keep it on the rigs with me when im working...but i need somebody to maybe put me on the right track here, realistically of course...there is no way i can go to a gym ...so what all can i do, and what workouts..i want to get my chest/arms/tris back on track...

i know eating is alot to do with it, its REALLY easy to eat like shit, but thats my own weakness.....on top of all of that, i have a cycle of deca/test/a-bombs in my bottom drawer for the past 8 months....my life sucks :(

..im a field engineer with a oil company....im always on a oil rig, and they are in th emiddle of nowhere
 
hmmm...... calastenics i guess. or get ya a set of bands and have at it. i have a routine written up for straight band training.
 
Bands are a great investment. You can recreate a lot of the movements with some accuracy and sometimes bands will actually be superior to weights.
