Is morning a better time to train than evening? or does it just depend on individual preference. It seems that by the end of the day your energy would be less.
Also, is it bad to do cardio on the same day as lifting?
If your are a morning person go ahead and lift your brains out in the early AM. Cardio is fine to do on the same day as weights. Perform it after weights when your glycogen stores are depleeted, forcing your body to tap into other sources(fat) for fuel.
