I missed chest day yesterday so I did it today, today is back day, I got off work early so I really want to do back right now, I am currently on cycle, what do you guys think, is it ok?
Just because Arnold did doesn't mean you should. heh, I dunno truly. I can tell you im tempted to go to the gym twice a day because I feel particularly good but I avoid it.
What you're talking about doing would be ok. I think most people have probably worked out multiple body parts at one point or another. I've done it a couple times to get back on my schedule. I certainly wouldn't make a habit of it. In fact, there are a ton of people who do upper body workouts.
