I posted some information about what I did about a year or more ago. You can probably search for it. Basically I bought a small soft side cooler from a VERY well known online store (don't think I'm allowed to name it or the product here) but it has some special gell cells where you freeze part of it, and refrigerate the other part so that your meds stay cold, but don't freeze. (Works for quite a few hours....east coast to Hawaii no problem) I just put the stuff in that, with my perscriptions on top so if it was searched that would be the first thing that they saw. I carried it on, and TSA didn't blink or search it.
Note that I now use the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in a pen from IMT which doesn't need to be refrigerated, so I could skip the whole cooler thing if I wasn't going to be going anywhere hot. (That particular trip involved some driving around site seeing etc. so I would have needed a cooler to keep the meds safe in a hot vehicle.) Hope this helps.
