hi
i have a question, and i will really appreciate your help ...

it is my first inject-able cycle. i am 27 years old 6'4 250 pounds (body fat 18).
10 months ago i used to be 313 pounds. i committed my self to a diet, working out for 2.5 hours a day, 6/7 ...

i decided to take trenbolone acetate(100 ml, 4 times a week) ,test enanthate( 250 ml 2 times a week) , for 3 months cycle, and on week three i am starting to take L- carnitine (three times a week for three weeks 300 ml a week) and on week 6 i am starting to take some Stanazol ...

please advise me what do you think about this cycle.

Before we start here I have a few questions for you. First what type of ancillaries are you planning on using during cycle if any? I recommend you have some on hand! NEXT what do you have planned for post cycle therapy!

The standard response is that your first cycle should consist of test only. Tren definitely is not for a beginners first cycle. You may not even be ready for test, let alone tren.
 
Tren is not a good decision at all for the time being friend.

Let me share some 1st hand experience. I am not a runner by any means but I can do an 8 minute mile right. Just saying decent cardio but not great.... So when I am on tren I can barely make it up the stairs without being a little short of breath. IT REALLY DOES A NUMBER ON YOU!

Tren also gives many people insomnia. Lack of sleep/ bad sleep patterns make you gain weight ( fat).

Anyhow you just lost 63lbs, EXCELLENT job. Although tren allows you to keep muscle while on a calorie deficient diet, it ruins endurance in my experience. I don't think this is a good choice until your around 12-15% bf buddy. You worked very hard already and you need to keep your heart rate up via cardio, circuit training, dropsets, supersets... you know the drill. It will be very hard to keep a fast pace on tren, very hard. GL HF
 
i am going with multivitamins and whey, with a good fat burner supplement. and amino acids and glutamine, and a normal diet. not very intensive but a diet with a lot of proteins and no sugar no rice no fats at all.
i am planning on taking some cleaning injections after finishing the cycle.
 
to be honest i still do 30 minutes cardio everyday, 10 min before and 25 minutes after ( i burn total on cardio around 450 to 500 cal.)
and i sleep like a baby after my workout.

if you 6 weeks into a tren and test cycle and not having any issues due to sides, I say run the 12 weeks. As for adding stanzo... be weary of joint pains, although I don't recommend you take more than 2 compounds.
