Trenbolone and Igf 1 increases!?

Just wondering if any any of you guys know the effects trenbolone has on igf1 . i mean i know it increases but does anyone have more information ... how much increase ... is it considerable ?

Im about to do blood work indont wanna spend the extra cash but ive always been curious of the same thing high igf is very important for building muscle

Tren up-regulates igf-1 mRNA in the liver and skeletal muscle which ultimately leads to about 150% above baseline concentrations of igf-1. This effect is dose dependent but I recall this being a fairly modest dose eliciting this effect.

When you come off would igf-1 levels drop off to below baseline? Or is there no info on this?

I dont recall but I would not think it would be of any significance per se. Its not like being shut down or something. In other words you cannot compare this to HPTA shutdown and how T levels would drop below baseline. Totally different scenario and MOA.

just from observation I notice most androgens will elevate Igf-1

All i've read about it is that it increases igf signalling in the muscle. I dont know about its effect on serum igf.
