Hi guys i just started tri sus 250 last night anyone else use it is it good stuff for my first cycle. I am going to do a 10 week cycle i only took half ml last night but am going to start 1ml every monday from now on. Also i have a bottle of deca here aswell but ive read in a few other threds not to use it on first time. I have a few qestions i like to ask if anyone could help me out i would be very much appreciated.
This is my diet.
8.00. Porridge
10.00. 4 scrambled eggs 4 white bread
12.00 bit of fruit and some nuts.
1.00 chicken and rice. Or potatoes, veg, chicken or turkey.
3.30 Couple of peices n peanut butter with cold ham or turkey.
4.45 tin of tuna or whatever i left from 1pm meal with few slices of white bread.
6.00. Workout for 90 mins
7.45. recovery protien shake
8.30 Fish or chicken or pork mostly with potatoes and veg
10.30 Toast n cheese or porridge before bed
As you can see i eat alot due to me being skinny and having a superhigh metabolism. Im 5foot 11 and weight 155 pounds. Also im 19 years old i know thats too young but am still doing it. My plans are 1ml every monday for 10 weeks of tri sus 250 and after 13 weeks start taking nolva or clomid. Here my questions.
•. Is my diet ok is there anything i should put in or take out also i'll be drinkin 6 litre of water a day.
• is tri sus 250 okay for first time
• how long does it take to get into your system.
• What do i do if i see any side effects starting on my body.
• should i take more or less than 1ml a week
• should i start talkin deca aswell aslo i have dianabol tablets.
•. Is that the right time to start pct and what one should i use nolva or clomid and how much and how long do you take it for
• what sort of gains should i see on myself in 10 weeks time maybe another 15 pounds.
