Tribulus to help maintain.

Im going to start cutting again naturally. I did well the first time, but I lost some strength and muscle which I gaind back quickly after cutting was over. Will tribulus help a little bit to maintain my strength and muscle while cutting?

I will not use m1t, or any kind of gas. Thanks.

Besides tribulus, is there something you guys know of that will work better for this? And yeah, the diet part is perfect.
 
Tribulus is pretty much useless.

In some tests it is shown to slightly increase serum test levels. But no real connection has been made between serum test levels and anabolic activity actually inside muscles.
 
I know it wouldnt do much, but will it help a little tiny bit? If not, can you reccomend something that could help?

Creatine sucks because it fill you with water, and thats not what I want.
 
Creatine actually works, unlike pretty much everything else out there.

Ephedrine helps to maintainlean mass while cutting as well.

I know reatine works, but it makes you look smooth and shitty.
