Tricep inner head

Supinated grip pressdowns, close grip bench press, and (as bad as I hate to say this) dumbell kickbacks always seem to work well for that area for me.
 
what is the difference of menial, inner etc...

i know there is the lower part (closer middle section next to elbow joint kinda)
then the part on the outside of your arm, the part that makes the line
and then there is the oposite of the above one... together they form that V that looks awsome...

when you say INNER tricep, is that the inside of your arm part? the part thats really hard to train?

Nah, I'm kidding. They just have a bad rap. I always do feel rather "unmanly" doing kickbacks.
