Tricep Question

use a heavy compound movement and youll emphasise all three heads at once. trying to isolate or shift emphasis to a single area limits how much weight you can use. if your looking for big triceps, try close grip bench presses, and dips. heavy benching and shoulder presses will make em grow too.

Weighted Dips
Skull Crushers


If you go heavy on these, you won't have any lagging tri muscles
