No. 1 recomendation is PROTECT YOUR EYES. You can do them damge for 8-10 hours after ingestion either by sunlight or tanning bed!
That's why I would advise taking it at night then going to the tanning bed. That way you won't have to worry about the sun. And definately where protective eyewear in the tanning beds!

When I took it over 3 years or so ago ...i thought I had enough of a base tan to not get the shit burned outta of me. Well I was very wrong and got burned so bad my sking was visably swollen.
I felt drained and sick for about 5days afterwards(on top of how my skin burned).
Read the inserts about the possible sides and be careful.
The upside was ;once the heat and burning went away and the horrible itching set in, I had a killer tan. I will never take that shit again! I will go get sprayed and spare myself/my skin the damage & agaony.

And these are my 2 cents.
BTW the inserts said: herpes are one of the side,psoriasis.blindness...
For somereason the herpes thing really bothered me more than the blindness I would really follow the directions and not just listen to fools like me...
