Trouble Calculating TDEE

Trying to calculate my tdee but the # doesn't make sense to how many cals I'm currently consuming

BMR

188lbs x .15 bf = 28.2
188lbs - 28.2 = 159.8lbs lean muscle mass
370 + (21.6 x 159.8) = 3804 BMR

TDEE

3804 x 1.55 = 5896

I'm currently consuming
Cals 4170
Protein 264g 26%
Carbs 396.5g 40%
Fats 155g 34%

This strange because if I select to multiply bmr x 1.2 for hardly being active I get 4564 which is close to cal intake of 4164 that I'm consuming currently. Mutliply for moderately active 1.55 suits me better but tdee is 5896. Whats the problem here? Maybe my bf is off?

You are using the Katch-McArdle formula. Pounds need to be converted into Kgs. Hold on... I am doing the calcs right now.

you forgot to divide 159.8 by 2.2 to get weight in kg

My tdee is 3004 cals. Should I drop cals to this for maintence or continue eating the 4170cal?
