My doctor just perscribed me trt he gave me test e to inject once every 2 weeks at 300mgs. Is it just me or shouldnt test e be injected at the very least once a week?

I kept telling my doctor that test cyp needed to be injected at least once a week and he told me he wanted to do it once every two weeks. Than i got to the pharmacist and it turns out he wrote a script for test e instead of test c. Im pretty positive test e once every two weeks is a bad plan or he made a mistake.

I agree with this, but be aware you will lose some of the test in the head of the syringe. Injecting 2x a week means over time a fare amount of test will be lost in the syringe and your test supply won't last.
Personally I use insulin syringes to minimize the test lost in the head.

This is minimal; but I do agree less is lost with insulin syringes. Regardless I wouldn't let it be a big concern.

So should I even try 300mgs of test cyp every two weeks? My doctor seemed pretty against me using test e twice a week or even test cyp once a week. I know you guys are right about the test e used twice a week. You think following my doctors advice would give me bad side effects or anything. I just dont want to piss him off. I had to argue with him just for him to agree to get my levels up to 900 to 1000 when i go on trt.

You can try it, but you will likely experience some huge swings in the beginning for the first several weeks/months and be prepared for some serious E2 issues. Get an appointment scheduled now for blood work and a follow up appt with him so you can address these issues. I would schedule it for about 6 weeks from now. As long as you are prepared for this I think it is OK to do it his way.
Check peak and trough blood work so you can show him what this protocol is doing to your hormone levels. You will go from supraphysiological levels to hypogonadal levels between each injection most likely.
Or you could print some educational materials on how Half Lifes work for your doctor.

My doctor said some weird shit that sounded like horrible information. So my total testosterone is 277 and after he said he would put me on trt he said that he eventually would try to ween me off of it until my testosterone levels could recover naturally Which i have never ever heard of before. So i told him if im going on trt it will be for life i dont want to deal with being weened off. I think i might need to go to a different doctor or just do my own protocal and let him think im following his. Its hard to argue with a doctor since he has the degrees even when i know im right.

it doesn't sound tht hard to argue with him. He sounds like a retard. Just apply your vast knowledge of AAS and cycles. Most of it is applicable to TRT.

Yeah your right. I think the only problem i'll have with him is convincing him to give me hcg and arimidex he didn't think I needed either one. Lol he said estrogen wouldnt be a problem and said he has never heard of hcg being used in a trt program. So i need to show him some proof or something that im right. At least i got the pharma grade test the rest I can get on my own if need be. Or ill just find a trt clinic to go to. Im with out a doubt doing two shots a week of test e I dont want my levels going up and down. I honestly am surprised of how little doctors know about trt.
