I think anyone who consumes I normal amount of protien will have it in their urine. Thats how it goes, any protien that your body doesnt absorb is usually pissed out. You know this when your piss is really foamy. And this has nothing to do with lifting wieghts.
Everyone has a little protein in their urine, even i had it when i was 14y/o its a normal thing,
